I think that would simplify the issue, but I would add that the person must have a MELEE weapon in hand in order to parry.
I think parrying with a bow or a throwing rock is silly, but to totally simplify then you could just say any weapon.

By modifying this all your really doing is complicating how these skills interact. But that is just my opi...

I totally agree with Chris, not everyone enjoys every style of game. The key is to find the game you enjoy the style of (I play in 3 larps and enjoy each of them for different reasons, but I also knew this would be a heavy PvP event which was a large factor in my decision not to attend this event.) ...

If you arrive before I do, simply stop at the park rangers house and ask Nicole for the keys. This is not an in-garb event, however if you really want to wear garb you are welcome to. Its just a party for larpers to get together, have a good time, and eat lots of good food. Call it a celebration of ...

Firetender would be great. No, you will not need to pitch in $ for firewood. If you are able to provide firewood I would greatly appreciate if you would. We will make sure to have enough firewood on hand, or will order it friday night upon arriving if it does not appear that we have enough. Thanks, ...

Sage
Here is what I would like to see the sage move more towards. Basic skill: Augury/Portent After 5 minutes of contemplation, investigation, or divining the sage may ask a simple yes/no question of a GM related to the current situation. Advanced skill: Divinations (Replace Waylay) The sage is now more ...

Decipher Script
This is just a suggestion taken from the rules questions forum. Change Decipher Script to Complex Encrypt/Decrypt Just as the rogue is the master of locking and unlocking physical places and things, the sage is the master of locking and unlocking written works. The sage has now mastered the art of e...
