2 questions for the above rules... 1 - if there was such a big discussion over the power of Defensive Matrix, why make it better.. as much as i would like to see it printed as above, I would keep the ability to parry while in DM out.. although I do like the ability to use resists.. and the no lying ...

Once again I just have to input, Having played a warrior for some time now, and have used DM quite extensively.. even having used it by putting my backs to things.. it is only logical to do when you have a skill that has a downside about being hit in the back.. Now that said.. and what I am about to...

And to be honest Chris, as PC's a lot of us can tell when a Gm or NPC gets frustrated beacuse the Pc's came up with a good tactic to counter the enemies.. and suddenly the NPC's are using different skills than they were a second ago, exactly the skills needed to screw the PC's.. it is a cheesy tacti...

Again, I would have to say that going with Wayne's idea.. and putting the chip draws at maybe a 2-1 ratio would be fine. It allows the healers to still be pretty heroic, brings down the power of alchemy slightly in this case.. And at least in all my experience of FH, it has never really been the put...

The more I have had time to think about all this, and talk to some players who have played healers for quite afew years.. I start to think why change the current Healign system at all.. it seems to work just fine.. In the games I have played the seriousness of death has never been played down and a ...

Ok, I have not had the chance to read through the 10 whole pages here, but I would like to just post a couple things i saw on the first page when dealing with the Death/Dying Suggestion I had made.. I agree that with my proposed system you do have less to worry about when talking about -100 and the ...

and i remember a couple games where people with Disenchant were needed very badly.. It is a very situautional skill.. all in all I would say a little underpowered for a 3rd lvl ability.. but primarily in it's usefulness.. I would not change it though.. it is one of the skills that the GM's IMO just ...

I have not read all the way through this, so this may have already been brought up and shot down.. but how about something like adding a little something to Mass Heal where if you have Mass Heal but focus all your attention on one character.. you can 1/2 the time required to Heal an individual.. so ...
