Transfusion - Healer
Transfusion - Healer
This skill is underwhelming for an advanced path ability unless you are a Paladin or Druid. A skill should be able to stand on its own. In no world does someone elect to take 30 seconds to steal a life point to give to a target instead of simply using Healing, a basic skill, to provide it that way.
Reduce the charge time to 15 seconds, increase the ratio to 1:2 or both (Preferably time reduction since that makes synergy with Paladin/Druid still good, though you could just say you can reduce the time for a 1:1 ratio instantly when both skills are used in conjunction). Even if this is done I don't foresee people not swapping it out for the two incredibly overpowered Hero/Villain skills but it's a start.

AGREEThis skill is underwhelming for an advanced path ability
