one GM yes or no is all i need....

Can a PC with sufficient character/skill points buy the same discipline twice....such as buying knight twice and getting 2 LP, becoming immune to fear, +6 CBR and getting a +2 with swords?

I think it was asked a long time ago and a no was the answer.
