According to the rulebook it says that a sage can grant people a resist, but it never really defines anywhere that I can find what resists actually exist in the game.
Could a GM post a list of what resists can be given out by the sage skill.
Thanks,
Evan

Excuse my inexperience in this town for I am not accustomed to such laws, but I do have a question. Actually I believe I have several questions. Who is the constable? Who is the town elder? Who is in charge of seeing to the wellfare of the local peasants? Does the town have a communal fund for times...

I have to agree with what Tonia and Atrum are saying here. Looking at the way things worked last game, and looking over the rules it seems arcane is vastly overpowering Everything else in the game. Perhaps the solution isnt to increase everything else's power, but may be to tone back what Arcane can...

I was simply making a suggestion. That was the title of the forum thread so I felt I would add the suggestion. I was by no means trying to tell the GM's how to run/operate/write their game. I was trying to make a suggestion that they can then look at and hear different viewpoints on and decide if th...

Thats great. What happens when you have more monsters then you do tabard colors? Or what happens when its night time and all anyone can see is that its a dark color or a light color? What about when players decide to wear a tabard? How do you distinguish between a tabard wearing PC and a Tabard wear...

You dont even make it a list. You just modify each skill in the rulebook so after the skill name it says Passive or Active. I made it a list because it would be easier then copying and pasting in 10 pages from the rulebook. Here is an example of what I mean: Warrior Path The Warrior Path is one of p...

Skill use.
One idea that I suggested to NPC camp at the game was the idea of defining all skills as passive or active skills. This would make it a lot easier to determine which skills work in conjunction with each other. According to the rage skill no skills can be used along with it. So this means a knight wh...

I would say that a light spell is not a buff since it does not enhance anything, it allows for a negation of a safety hazard (darkness). An easy way to define it would be to simply include that as a line in the spell description. Example: Resist Magic Level 3 Arcane Buff: Yes Usable with focus circl...

I fail to see what is so complex about only being able to have one buff spell on you at a time. If you have a spell that grants a resist magic then you get 1 resist magic. If you have a spell that lets you swing magic damage, then you can swing magic damage. If you have a spell that gives you a resi...

No Eric your not understanding. The spell enchant weapon would have to change to enchant the person so they do magic damage and not the weapon. This would add a new element of tactics to the game as the KA warrior needs to really consider if he wants to have a resist magic or the ability to swing ma...
