knockout and sleep

I think the sleep call could be removed and replaced with a flat knockout.
what this would mean is knockout would act like any other skill that has to hit life points to take effect such as poison, disease, etc. but a knockout with no number would surge and take effect (sleep as it is now)
this would also remove the number system from knockout and change current knockouts like from brawler and rogue to an actual damaging effect with a status call attached, example:
rogues basic knockout does 4 damage, and if it hits the targets life points would render them knocked out.
obviously numbers and charge times would have to be gone over BUT it would remove both a call and a singular confusing mechanic from the game that still catches vet players off guard (I have personally had to explain to players that have played since the games creation that the existing knockout call does not do damage)
