I would just add in that after you are brought out of negatives you can not use and skills and swing zero damage for x period of time.
Yep that was the intent.
Well lets see what other who have watched this discussion say and then we will throw in Mike's added idea. I will post in the same format so it is easy to understand.

What happens if you move or are moved?

Well it is against the rules for you to move so that is not a good question
I guess you would be called a cheater if you moved and the GM's would have to make a rule. I would probably finger waggle unless they were a repeat offender. I might want to spell out moving. I am talking about walking around and changing locations. I am not talking about moving your hands and stuff. You might need hand movements for your death scene.
There is no rule for someone else moving you though.
