medieval times scheduling

EDIT: I'm looking at the weekend of Feb 7th for this.

This would be a group posse up, nobility seating. Something like 65 a person.

Drive out.

Travis, Feb 9th is a monday. Are you talking the weekend before or the weekend after? Just wondering. Either would be fine but...I'm on "midwinter break" the weekend after (hint, hint)

And since we live not far from there (like 20 minutes tops), accomodations are available so everyone doesn't have to drive down and back in a day! Although we do only have 1 spare bed but couches and air mattresses a plenty!
