*Traz managed to grab her drink and her food from the table before her enraged husband flipped it. Once the din had settled and the bard started to softly play his music again...* *Pointing what's left of her turkey leg at Ren* You! Let this be a lesson in presuming ideas upon people about whom you ...

*raises eyebrows and snorts in a small laugh* Then, good sir, may I suggest you save your flourish for the wonders of nature so to keep your talents directed where they may be more appreciated? *She steals a glance to the Orc next to her and senses his rising tension. She places a firm yet tender gr...

Her orc friend settles down again, keeping one hand on his own drink, but keeping a sharp eye on Ren; not so much as a dog at heel but as a soldier obeying orders. The lady finishes her last bite, wipes her mouth, takes another swig and looks directly at Ren. "I do apologize that I cannot be mo...

*OOG: Got tasked out for this portion. Karen played this woman at the last event (and at the last minute!) and I played her over a year and a half ago (the same event Chris mentioned above where Ravinal found wife and daughter), so there was a lot that got forgotten in the interim amongst us NPC-fol...

Ebay shop plug for House Morningstar

http://members.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=housemorningstar I just bought a ladies surcoat from these folks and they were absolutely outstanding to work with and wicked affordable, so I told them I would pass the word. I know most of you Pheonix folks are already squared away, ...

That's a skosh harsh, man because (and let's be honest) who wouldn't drop everything for a bloke in a dress such as Eddie Izzard.

OK, so he doesn't wear any women's clothing in this, but I won't hold that against him. I've so seldom seen him in men's clothing, I must admit, it's been an adjustment.

Man, that's awful. The guy was a staple; he was everywhere.

Rest in peace, Richard Jeni.

Support transvestites on television!

For those of you who have been introduced to, or like myself, infected with an adoration for Eddie Izzard and for those of you that have cable, he's got a show starting tonight called "The Riches." Don't really know what it's about yet, but it looks to be a drama-ish kind of program. And w...

Check out video/game, very nice-uh!

Ever since Germany, one of my favorite bands has been a Dutch ensemble called Within Temptation. I have already force fed them to a couple of you (ask Colin and Ang). They've got more than a few albums out now, but their newest and latest project has been for an up and coming video game called The C...

Yet another cloak FYI

Just making sure you all know about this in case it catches someone's eye. It looks pretty nice, especially if you're like me and prefer a cloak with a lining. The hood looks really nice, too. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=015&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3APIC&viewitem=&...

Hey, what can I say? I can't get out there and play with you all, so I daydream about all the wonderful stuff to wear! *le sigh* It's like all the Goodwill costume shopping I used to do, only on Ebay for the moment. Hope you all are enjoying much autumn crispiness and falling of leaves as well. I'm ...

More shameless plugging for costume stuff

Since my sojourn out to Kansas has left me with little time and little money, I've come into costume acquisition as my substitute for friends, hobbies, etc. (Hey, some people smoke, some drink, I buy costume stuff. Of all vices, it's mostly harmless.) I just wanted to put in a plug for a woman who j...

Good costume and stuff resources

Hi, gang. I know most of you at least in a passive sense, and even though I am located far over the rainbow at the moment, I'm still keeping everyone in mind. That being said, I work with a woman who does Buckskinner type rendevous with her family and friends. It's a bit like a cross between larping...
