I believe the reason for no dual wield in savage was just as Reid said, the dual crush was deemed too powerful Yet it would take almost zero effort to append crush with the clause "cannot be used while duel-wielding" or to append ruffian's duel wield with "damage delt while duel-wiel...

My WH character (who'll stay at WH) role plays her combat. She is a prissy little B!%@H who didn't even know what side of a sword to hold when she first showed up. She runs around like a chicken with her head cut off, swinging once or twice at an enemy, and if it doesn't die at that, she'll run to a...

We've heard the line a million times, so say it with me, everybody all together now, "It's all in how you Role Play it"

These suggestions are merely there because I see a lot of good skills unavailable to many life-style. It seems to me that savages should be just as likely to duel-wield as commoners, if not more so. Similarly, Flee can often be seen in the cowardis of nobility, and in the actions of seedy pick-pocke...

Ruffian -Savage Description The untamed residents of wilder areas have learned to survive on what they can find, kill, or take. Life has hardened their hides, and put ferocity into their hearts. Level 1 Press A Ruffian has no qualms with shoving people around. As such A Ruffian can press offensively...

Aristocrate -Priviledged Description The upper crust of many societies are left to their own devices, so to speak, in order to keep themselves entertained and fit. However, such parlor tricks and futile exercises might just prove useful. Level 1 Taunt The aristocracy often know exactly how to insult...

Lycanthrope (Lycan) -Savage (This discipline requires a trip to NPC camp and a wait determined by GMs to activate, and requires phys-rep as a beastman race would. The time to change appearance can be incorporated into this wait. A similar trip and wait are required to end using this discipline. Whil...

Fear doesn't make you run away, you can RP it however you want, I for instance, just scream my head off at whomever called fear. (it's an incentive for them to not do it again :D )

A Rodeo hog tie IS NOT the same as inescapable bonds. C'mon, thats the simplest knot around But my original suggestion was normal bonds, not inescapable. It's fair to role-play it as you lasso-ing the opponent as they try to run, they can still break the bonds or wriggle free with the right skills....

What about sages that show up late? Events change throughout based on PC actions. Depending on how late the sage is, it may allow for corrections from game-on hints e.g. We find a talisman (it is a lost heirloom of the family of one of the frequent NPC visitors, by returning it to them, we gain the...

N00b infos

As a n00b to the game, I have some insight you veterans might overlook. Mainly, the page offers no information (that I could find) in regards to such world events as relatively how long ago was the cataclysm? In most players lifetimes? A millennium ago? Yesterday? I had a character concept that invo...

I didn't plan to run, period. I planned to draw them away from the healer from a ranged distance. Then they are left with the options of standing there glaring at me until they are released from their taunt, and resuming their assault on the healer, OR if they come towards me, fighters will be able ...

This also could be role-played that just because you are a sage doesn't mean you find information in whatever way you search for it that is immediately relevant to you, but the information you do find will be useful to someone, and you are "recalling" that information at a later time.

However id reccomend having a box of clues/hints taht gets divided among the sages that show up. you may have folders for 6 sages in the PC box but only have two show for an event. Then the other clues/hints are lost and if your planning on the hints making it possible for the PCs to "connect ...
