Disenchant Clarification

"Level 3: Disenchant – Charged skill
The Mage Hunter can disenchant all enchantments on a target by striking them with their weapon."

I just want this clarified. Some have interpreted "all enchantments" as "active" enchantments (Charm, item effects, etc...) not any magical items or passive enchantments they may have on their person at that given time. Last time I checked, "all enchantments" include (as the word "ALL" implies) EVERYTHING (active, passive, magical items, etc...). Can we please clarify this in the rules, and suggest a word change for this entry to avoid confusion?

Thank you,
Mira

I think it's better defined in the damage call section. Disenchant removes any spell or potion effects currently on the player and impacts all magical items--shuts them down, until a ten second count per item is made to reactivate them. I believe the "all" word was intentional but we will discuss it and clarify it if need be.
