We are considering a meal plan for this event. It's short notice so we don't know for sure.

can we get some votes if you would participate?

assume 10 to 15 for the food. (5 a meal or so?)

Because I'm going to be somewhat involved with this, my idea is to provide a Saturday morning breakfast and the rest of the event will be kinda a la carte. I really don't want to spend my event in the kitchen and frankly, I like going out for dinner on Saturday during game break.

So idea is Saturday breakfast with the rest of the event offering simmering soup/stew, bread/muffins and maybe some raw fruits/veggies to snack on.

Please participate in Travis' poll as requested, but also leave feedback on whether you'd prefer the traditional meal plan and your feelings on my proposal.

As Travis mentioned, we are not 100% sure we are going to do this yet.

A la cart is fine I think, so long as people clean up after themselves.

I'll take Saturday morning breakfast, but I'm too used to snacking, and the Mexican place in Mason was great.

right now there is allot of support for the two breakfasts.

we will be leaving this up until a decision is made.

I'd be in for breakfast and a la cart. I like the idea of flexible food offerings - eat when you're hungry - provided folks don't scarf themselves until there's nothing available later in the day.

if we do it, given the short notice, it will probably be breakfast and serve your self after that. next time maybe we can do something else.
