The Laws of Haven?

Characters keep bringing up "The Laws of Haven", but do we actually have any?
I'm familiar with about 3 or so different sets of laws over the years (after that,I gave up trying to remember them), but I'm wondering if there are actually any current laws, or if folks just assume there are, or if people are even referencing the same sets of laws.
What are the Current laws of Haven?
Who enacted them?

I think like the captain of the guard should be able to answer that question or you could request the info directly from the queen

As captain of the guard I regret to inform everyone that those are the laws. What they lack in numbers they make up with in addressing the only two real concerns of the Haven population.

Sooo... in other words, there are no laws concerning trials, elections, or penalties for breaking the "laws"?
The reason I ask this OOC first was because if there were publicly posted laws, they would be known. Since there really are none, othet than the two made by E., I know how to react IC.
