If people are unfamiliar with Parties in the Park, it is there is no cover (ie its free to get in). No age restrictions, in fact its billed as a family affair, and earlier there are kids activities (at least there have been in the past). There are usually a couple of food vendors, nothing spectacular, think slightly better than carnival food. Beer, no liquor, Bud and Bud light on tap, usually some sort of wine and/or wine cooler things and for a little more bud's "import" stuff from bottles.

It is outdoors in a park (think town square not playground) in downtown Muskegon. Not hard to find literally on Bus-31 (Take the Downtown exit off 31 or follow the road 96 turns into). Its 2 blocks away from the Frauenthal, in fact you probably drove by it on your way to the Frauenthal (where the St Patty's Day Fest was).
