a question of "Hold ground" and "Critical lif

just a bit of clarification.

does critical life begin at 0 or at -1?

Is the warrior placed into critical life at the end of Hold Ground and their LP go to zero?

Just asking because if Crit life starts at 0 that makes the ending penelty for hold groune seam kinda harsh.

When a character has negative life points they are dying and will bleed to death in one minute. ......When a character is bleeding to death another character must bring their life point total equal to or greater than zero to make them stable.

Critical Life begins at -1
