I would like to see every potion require a phys-rep. PCs carrying 20+ potions in tag format, stuffed in a pocket, is horrifically unrealistic, and any PC carrying such a supply SHOULD be obvious.
I have a about hundred of the empty 5 HR energy bottles I would donate to NPC camp to use.
