Rage and Single wepon spec

rage requires a life point to activate, has a time to deactivate it, and stops all but passive skill use while its active (parry) for the benefit of +1 damage while its active.
single weapon spec allows +1 damage while the user is only wielding 1 weapon (no duel weapons or shield) counts as a weapon focus for sake of stacking (does not stack with any other weapon focus) and can be used with rage to grant a bse damage of 3.
I would like both of these skills to go away, and simply be replaced with a weapon focus skill, that prevents stacking with other weapon focus skills, and allows the warrior to do a base damage of 2 without neutering them.
