Based on the below suggested rule change, How many life points should each chip heal?1,2,3,5,10?
Anyone can heal to a max of -9 life with any combination of skills, potions, spells, etc.
Below -10, the only skill that can be used is surgery. Potions CANNOT be used unless otherwise stated on the potion. Surgery heals 10 negative life points plus X negative life points per chip drawn. Takes one minute in between each chip draw. If the surgery is interupted, the patient dies. Patient stops bleeding to death once surgery is started. If surgery does not bring the patient above -9, the patient dies. The patient starts bleeding to death again once the surgery is ended if they are above -9 but not yet at zero.
This means past -19 negative life, chips need to be drawn. But how much negative life should be healed?
My opinion is 2 life per chip. If a person gets hit with a 30 boom at 1 life, they would have to draw a total of 5 chips to be brought into anybody can heal negatives.
What do you think?

That sounds perfect. People just did res anyway if the person was too far gone.
