Decipher Script
A Sage may know any written language by spending time on the text. The time required will be written out of game on the document itself and will be variable based upon the length and the complexity of the given language. If a document has no time written upon it, it is assumed that the time to decipher is five minutes long. Once deciphered the Sage would need to write the translation on another piece of paper OR the Sage will need to decipher it again the next time the words wish to be read.
