spell packets

Are there restrictions on what color cloth spell packets be made from. Are there any color codes signifying anything? (I ask b/c back when I played the "old game" there were color codes. Thanks for getting an old timer caught up.

Nope, spell packets can be any color!

The brighter, more distinct the better. Easier for finding them in the dark, and retrieving yours from other players/NPCs.
