How does quality armor work?

Post by Eli »

I see in book it is up to +1 AP per location
So if entire suit is quality it would be max of +4?

Head +1
Torso +1
Legs +1
Arms +1

Is there better quality? Like +2? or +3? with higher cost of upkeep/creation ect?

Just trying to figure out how this works, before I consider making real armor and stuff.

But one thing makes him wail:
That's when there is no ALE!
Thus his tale: with no beer, he will cry.

The Head doesn't get a +1.

And as of right now there is nothing beyond +1/location.

As of right now quality helms don't do anything for you. So total is +3 (arms + torso + legs)

I don't think there is anyway to make it worth more than that. That is the cap. But you can add other things to it. Locking Gauntlets etc.

ok... so, real heavy =

Head 1
Arms 3 +1 Q
Legs 3 +1 Q
Torso 3 +1 Q

max 13 AP

Locking Gauntlets = no disarm
Form-fitting = 15 sec add to bleed to death per location ?? head ??
Balanced Armor +3 lp per location ?? head ?? only during hold Ground

So can someone have All 3 parts made Q and have it have locking Gauntlets and form-fitting and balanced armor? ie more than one upgrade.

I realize time and cost would be high. Just want to know what is possible.

Also, if you have real armour as a physrep you do not need to take it off to have it repaired otherwise you do.
