Combat reflexes remove them

Dump them add them to armor points. Figure it out. One less thing for me to keep track of in battle.

OK bring on all the reasons why we need three soak pools in a keep the game simply larp and how it must exist.

JUST brain storming ideas:

What if we remove the requirement for armor to be fixed with repair. All armor comes back after 5 minutes out of combat?

I actually am alright with that it's an arbitrary time tax and when scenes take too long we generally fast forward all that stuff anyways

Combat reflexes work for characters who don’t have/can’t afford/wouldn’t fit to have armor and still protects them. Just for that reason alone I think they should stay

Also, there is no reason for a mage with 4 armor points to have to wait 5 minutes, instead of 2 minutes, to get armor repaired, just to diminish the time it takes for a PC, in heavy durable armor, to get it repaired, from 8 minutes to 5 minutes; unless more than one crafter helps.
