Spell Wall

From a discussion on WH forum (credit for the original question to Scott Smith):
Spell Wall–Passive Skill: When hit with a gamestop ability, the warrior takes the effect of the gamestop ability, takes the damage if any, but nobody behind him for the distance of the spell is affected. The effect stops at the Warrior, and the Warrior can use no Resist abilities
As currently written, a warrior with Spell Wall has no choice whether or not to activate it. Is this the intention?

Oh! That's a good question!

Suggested alternate wording "When hit with a gamestop ability, the warrior may take the effect of the gamestop ability, takes the damage if any, but nobody behind him for the distance of the spell is affected. The effect stops at the Warrior, and the Warrior can use no Resist abilities

I assume that will require a "Spell Wall!" verbal after the game stop is called?
