Three suggestions if you have the funds:

1) Warm water resistant/proof boots. Cant quite make out what you have on your feet.

2) Cloak with hood or cloak and cowl.

3) Gloves. Best would be letther with lining.

Yeah, Probably can get the boots from Salvation army. I have a REALLY nice cloak with hood my mother made me I just didn't post a picture up. I don't know where to get good looking leather gloves at.

Might look at the salvation army as well. an army navy surplus store is also a good store to hit.

Combat boots at the mil-surplus store, with the goretex lining will only run 10 to 15 bucks and work great. They look close enough to period and are designed to fight in.

@ cole45 - I actually already have a pair of Combat Boots that I got from Salvation Army, I just didn't think that they would fit the look.

Honestly leather welding gloves are pretty darn cheap and look very very similar to leather gauntlets if that is the look you are going for.

5 dollar welding gloves

Compared to 44 dollar suede leather gauntlet

a good alternatove for gloves that has worked well for me in the past have been motorcycle gauntlets. A quick google search will give you some likely candidates, deeper searching will probably get you some good deals. I think mine were less than $20.
