Missing Healer Ability

The current rules are missing a very important Healer skill – Write Prescription.

Here’s what I think it should do:
After healing at least one life point of a target character, the Healer may now write that character a prescription. Character must perform all actions detailed on the prescription at precisely the specified time(s) or the character dies. Writing a prescription makes the Healer a Dragon.

HMO, this organizations makes the healer pay 600% of his income between events or he loses access to his skills.

Hah. The skill has a counter. This game has no income for players!! We are all socialist.
