DIY Scale Mail

Post by Malphus »

Has anyone tried making scale mail before. They sell scales now at
www.theringlord.com. I was thinking about giving this a shot. Can't wait to show everybody next year.

So should I calculate you coming to an event on the same odds as Nelkie making it to a Carps event? :)

There is a little known formula to determine the likelihood of me making it to an event. Factors include (not limited to):

Amount I have talked about going.
--this is an inverse relationship. The more I talk about attending an event, the likely I am to actually be there.

Financial status:
--If I have the ability to pay to play, I will definitely NOT be there.

Preparation, costumes, etc
--If I have a costume made and it is ANY good, I will be unable to make it...Last f'in minute.

In summary
--The only condition I can make it under is when no one knows I'll be there, I can't pay and have no costume (or a lame one). When those instances have occurred in convergence, then I'll be there. Probably for the whole event.
