The only issue with tabards is that in the dark few people can see any color, let alone distinguish between similar light or dark colors. As for the time NPCs have to change costuming, if they had access to several "fur tabbards" made from several different fur stules AND many animal masks...

These stuff points are not skill points. In most systems there points are turned in for a multitude of things at rates that vary according to the item you are trying to attain. In some systems there are ways to turn them in for skill/build/developement points, but what you can turn the points in for...

There is a better system, PC donation of costuming needed by monster camp/plot team. It has worked well in EVERY other game system I have been involved in. The last one equpied 2 out of state chapters with weapons, costuming, make up, storage bins AND logistics computers with this system!

Just to nip the argument of "it's too costly" in the bud i'll say this in Todd style: "get plot team off it's ass and make up an award system for donations and have the players donate the costuming and make up you need to do full or semi full costuming for NPCs!!!" Man talking li...

The trees and rocks have union rules against it in thier contract. Animals had a crappy lawyer so no such clause in thier contract. Thats what happens in an eat or be sued environment!
