Finding the Merchant

The adventurers quickly spot the dozen guards racing towards the form crawling bound across the ground. Even at a distance his tattered blue and gold robes are quite distinct, and the man moves with obvious pain.

Crawling out of the woods

His robes tattered and dirty, the trader crawls from the briars behind the inn, his hands a feet tightly bound as he hunches his way forward. His body and face are battered with the marks of instruments of pain and suffering. He begins making his way slowly accross the yard towards the distant group...

List of to-dos

Eric is on the money on this one. We have a long list and are checking it twice. It doesn't matter if you're naughty or nice. We will be going over bows/xbows, resources, potions, spells, armor, fencing, etc. etc. etc. Before spring there will be a hefty revision coming out.

Trader's Parchment

Trader

A look of shock crosses the trader's face, and he slumps to the ground, a muttered "Bastard" escaping his lips as his form hits the floor.

He has no weapons of any kind, and in his belt pouch are a few blank pieces of parchment and a stick of charcoal.

Essence Wars

Yeah Wayne, I have already started on some of the essence wars stuff... did you ever find the prophecy of seven bowls and seven blades and seven sevens of dark days? I can't find it, but may have it on an old machine somewhere. Also, I think I still have the silver hail march that Kevin wrote for us...

Stolen goods

I told you the last time we met, I haven't stolen anything of yours. At this point, I don't even have any of the wares I had then. Months of trading have changed the hands of my goods many times over. If you would like, I can make you a reasonable deal, but as I have told you many times, I did not t...

The trader's Reply

Gentlemen, as I told you the last time we met, I bought all of my goods from men on the road. They were overburdened with weaponry, and claimed not to need it all. I got a reasonable trade, and was even willing to give you a discount on the items. However, you had no means of proving that they belon...

Gegrig's hole huh?

*Looks the ink-stained Garrett Maevers over briefly* "Not sure good man, The dark elves, they had a fort a bit south of here, and probably some way underground, since I didn't see nearly as many people there as the fort could hold. But their commander, a man by the name of Harvin Nerestri, trad...
