Could one use hero ponts to reduce the time cost, or is it only skills and not arcane spells?

um...the '08 rulebook still says that upkeep for all armor is one in the chart listed under the craftsman special rules...just wanting to ask if anyone noticed this so it could be updated...

If I were to wear 1 location of Heavy armor, since I am only 3 Armor points would that still allow me to use light armor restricted skills?

When playing multiple characters, and you switch out halfway through the event I know you have to pay upkeep for both characters, but who gets that event's levels?
