hey now, Witch Hunter doesn't necessarily hate magic users. :) Also, death ears is probably correct. Though I think you'd have far too many people complaining about Arcane being removed (since good luck explaining any of that without magic). Also, I do believe someone said no rule changes this year....

The only issue with 4 is you now have seperate rules for this and other armor rules. It fits alot better with the current armor rules. Otherwise you have to either say helmets count for this but not for discipline/path or that quality counts which will confuse people. In the end, 3 is more than 0 an...

The CR trade off thing is a neat idea. I'd definitely drop it to fall under the same rules as per the encumbrance rules that currently exist (quality and helms not counting) (thus effectively a 3 to 1 ratio and a max of 3). This would avoid things like making Swash much more powerful than it already...

I have seen people fighting by laying down / crouching so as to swing a weapon between someone else's legs. I very well could have used Press on the front line person and watched the distaster unfold. As for Arctic Blast, it's fine. It's an area effect skill, which means the chances that 3 people wi...

In FH, I've always envisioned the dragons as the closest thing to gods we have. They are seemingly all powerful (we could only kill one after keeping him in human form and using a special weapon), they influence plots though generally try to avoid dealing in our realm as much as possible. We have go...

it's fine as an intial 'knee jerk' (pun intended) reaction. However, you should make all efforts to get your ass off the ground after that. Laying on the ground curled up is asking to get trampled, kicked, etc. It's like if you are dying, don't just fall down in the middle of things. Drop to a knee ...

I wouldn't have an issue only allowing a single jump. I mean showing up in jeans and a T-shirt and the character wearing full armor is dumb (not that this is really the case but...). Plus it makes chainmail fit better (something that has annoyed me for ages). This would still be flexiable in that _a...

Isn't Vince's actually smaller than Aaron's? Vince's benfit has nothing to do with shield size, but rather his freakishly long arms. Do different size #s need to be made for center grip shields? They have huge advantage in a larp since you add a forearm's length to the distance between you and the s...

Speaking of wrapping and the whole hitting the back scenario while in front of someone. Had a thought of using the direction of the attacker as your point of reference versus the actual hit. If you are in front of me, you are attacking my front, regardless of where you hit. This would make hold grou...
