The event went well. It was entertaining to fight things tougher than me for once. Granted, I somehow managed to only get into fights with crush damage (well at least the first three anyway), which is evil since there is nothing I can do but take it or dodge. Then fighting the master was fun, especi...

Potion issue
As of now it hasn't been specifically removed (pretty sure that was just an oversight) but what should we do with leftover damage enhancing potions? Change them into potions of equal level?

The 15/30 minute recoup time is to account for the extreme stress. If that time is pulled, then I see no problem with drawing a chip, but there is no need to double dip. (pun fully intended) The problem with the tsunataur ability is this. Allowing only the -15 thing isn't a race ability since it onl...

Donovan, The drawing of a chip is part of the surgery skill. Surgery can automatically (with time) heal 10 hitpoints worth of negatives (ie up to zero), and if the victim is still below zero the surgeon may continue healing him (again with time) 1 hp per chip drawn out of said bag. The bag contains ...

Passive vs. active skills
This bleeding out topic made me think of another old question. What skills can you use while using skills that say no other skill may be used? Like obviously, when raging, you don't lose your warrior armor bonus, nor your weapon focus... possibly need to designate which skills are passive?

Ok, basic repeat of what I had but a wee bit more refined: Endurance/Berserk - all make it so the warrior is conscious and can either fight/fight at +2 till either he/she hits -10 life or combat ends. Afterwards, he/she can only use determination and begins bleeding to death. (This avoids people tak...

Option of instead of warriors having a specified time while in negatives, they merely can continue crawling/fighting/fighting at +2 damage until they hit -10, at which point they begin bleeding to death and can no longer fight. Basically, they get an additional 10 hit point buffer before bleeding bu...

Never been a fan of upkeep since honestly it doesn't take metal to maintain armor or weapons. It takes oil. As for the non-timed death, that is a _huge_ undertaking, with the amount of changes necessary. If you want to change bleeding though, you have to change determination, endurance, beserk, hold...

my question is should a weapon focused warrior take frontal damage from a basic warrior if he is full out defensive? Basically, the suggestion makes another defensive tier, compareable to the current offensive ones. Currently, defensively, there is no difference between a basic warrior and a special...

Defensive Matrix
Possible modding of defensive matrix to include the ability to reduce damage by 2 if you have a weapon focus. Small impact gamewise, and makes more logical sense. (ie if you can swing two you can do zero and reduce damage by 2) Makes it so a weapon focus warrior can defend one on one a regular warri...

To be honest the only gripes I have with the Aluse death is disquise issue (which is under discussion) and the complpete remembering of all things before death. There shouldn't be _any_ skill that allows for that, it's just too powerful. I won't even acknowledge the cell phone issue. It's just too s...

Yeah, well, I watch way too much TV, Movies, etc for any of it to be healthy. Sad thing is I saw that batman episode in high school... My whole thing is to not only be simple but have at least semi realisitic as well. Obviously none of the three skills are realisitc (minus stunstrike) in as far as t...

Still have to go with the idea that nerve pinch should have a greater area of hit loctions than touch of death. I think guarding against touch of death should be (armor wise) just the breast plate. Nerve Pinch should be breastplate and helmet and stunstrike should be just helmet. That way there is a...
