Training w/ Voralen...

The early spring sun shone golden upon the blooming green of the mid morning. Birds sang, and there was a soft breeze that whispered secrets in the arms of the trees. All in all, it was a perfect morning. Orien sang softy to herself as she went about her morning tasks, drawing water from the well fo...

Orien gave her mentor an understanding and accepting nod. She did understand. And more, she had both faith in Donovan’s assurances, and in Kels determination and skill. She turned her gaze to the archer and closed the space between them, placing a whisper of a kiss on his cheek. “May the Light guide...

Orien gave the Lady a warm smile. “Do not fear. Gabriel would never drink too much as to be unable to do his duty. He would never do anything to put me in danger or risk those in his care. That I can promise you with absolute certainty.” She looked about to make sure their little party was well and ...

Orien gave a warm smile to all around. She drew close to Delayne and took her in a sisterly hug. “I would have you beside me always and ever, dear one, in this no less than anything else. Your wisdom may see what my own eyes cannot.” The elf gave Voralen a nod and a wink. “Gabriel was with me a mome...

Orien's eyes grew wide as she looked at that which the archer carried in his hands. They misted over with tears, but those tears did not fall. She had given up to the dead what was their due, and now it was time to attend to the living. There were wounds here she was little able to heal, and that so...

Orien frowned. "The Keep? But... I was just there." She sighed, and smiled wryly. "Apparently I need to pay closer attantion to what is ging on about he, eh?" She laughed a little self-effacingly. "Still, I know he does not remember, but that is not likely to change the fact...

Orien, who has been sitting in the corner transcribing bits of parchment, looks up at Kels, a worried shadow settling upon her elven features. She notices the traveling pack, and does not have to be an intuitive to know what that must mean. She handed her work to Gabriel, who was lightly napping bes...

Looking for Jamus...

It is mid morning when a familiar dark haired elf, accompanied as ever by Gabriel, enters the inn with a determined look on her pale face. She looked about, seeking sight of those she knows well. “I… I’m looking for Jamus,” she said, “The fellow who was having the visions. Last I knew, he was being ...

Looks like that's an icky weekend for me to try and get all the way out to the west side. I MAY come and stay Friday and some of Saturday.....

A couple of the others ones are just awesome... As a test, I burned my 2nd edition D&D manual. I didn't feel better and realized I'd paid good money for it. I also burned one of my Bibles and realized I'd just made room for more D&D books as I already had a Bible and they were all free. I f...

Orien looked up at Woden as he sat down, watching him as if waiting for him to bite her. However, at his kind words, her face softened from its hesitant lines and she gave him a ghost of a soft smile. It was self effacing mostly, as she seemed well aware of her own overly sensitive nature. “A person...

I hesitate to join this conversation as it seems to have degraded to bad feelings and no positive outcome, however, I can't let Aaron stand all alone. And Chris is correct, I'm the only person who blantely came in as a new character to be part of an existing group. Other's have done it to, but where...

Orien looked at Lambic, her overly bright blue eyes large and sad, full of unshed tears. She shook her head in sorrow. “Well do I understand the nature of honor, good Lambic, and well to I hold it dear to my heart. But… what I saw was not honor. I saw one who defended this place, my own life include...
