I forgot to add that if you're allergic to cats and you end up coming to my apartment, to maybe take your meds ahead of time. :-)

Also, Trevor and Selena will have Bear, Corgi of Terroar, so beware to allergy sufferers everywhere!

Trevor and Selena Dec. 22

Hey, gang. For those interested, Trevor and Selena will be in State visiting family for the holidays and wanted to know if any of yous wanted to/could hang out for a night. It sounds like it's a quick trip and they'd like to to see folks, but we all understand that the holidays keep us all very busy...

Personally, I am either way on the indoor/outdoor issue. It's just been too brilliantly convenient at Ionia to have the outdoor (drunken sledding) plus crashing option (for post drunken sledding) available all in one space (and I've only been able to make it to one party there). It's just that it is...

I'll get you yet, Denny Crane! Just want to renew this a bit to keep folks' minds working. Karen is getting harp gigs at what sounds like a VERY cool place in Ypsilanti, but she just started and there's more info to be gotten on that, anyway. I'm not sure how wild and crazy we would be allowed to be...

Nope. The Hunting Lodge is actually run by a seperate group from the park itself Splitters! Well, yeah, the basic needs were pretty much laid out (and I'm talking WAY basic) but the challenge would also be finding a place that would then let us crash like the weary hard core soldiers of fun that we...

Speaking of a get-together (Winter Party)

Now that I'm back (back again) and am able to help out more, I was talking to Mike and Wayne about brainstorming ideas for a Winter Party. I know it seems far away but from a logisitics point of view, it's never too early (and anyone who knows me knows I'm a planner and if you don't know me, you kno...

Robert Jordan

Just found out that Robert Jordan died on Sunday. I'd only read up to book 4 in the Wheel of Time and that was way the heck back at CMU, but I'd intended to keep going. Just got caught up in school and then stupid real life. I knew he was ill, but we had been told by one of our book distributors tha...

Lost and Found board?

Would it be a good idea to create a "Lost and Found" board all its own? I noticed now and at other times in the past a certain handful of items lost/found or otherwise at each event. I just thought it might be a good central place where people can look first and not have to sift through al...

Great pictures! You all looked so great for the ball! Always nice to see folks in their formals! And, of course I'm probably biased on this, but any pictures containing Styx, Loki, and/or Horus, also collectively known as Cerebus (they can come together and separate like Voltron) are just fabulous. ...

I was actually going to post a note about some boots that I've been seeing at places like Payless that at least the ladies might be interested in. They're not knee-high pirate boots and some of them are cheaters with side zips, but they look like they're comfortable enough (flat, soft sole, good tre...

Ladies - buy these dresses!

In my ever-browsing activities, I found a seller getting rid of some old costumes and they're not only beautiful to look at (AND functional), but offensively affordable (I already scooped up one and am tempted by yet another). So I wanted to pass on the opportunity if someone needed something new. h...

Tee hee! Anyone who knows me even an ounce knows I don't understand half of this conversation but I'm relishing the thought of Taki barging in the door to rescue Mike in a dress (as though it would be the first time!) and Vince in his little Vince Rules Temple and Community Center (maybe in a dress,...

*Before Corbyn begins to speak, she holds out a callused hand to Atrum in greeting* You have my apologies, good Sir Draconus, for the trouble we have caused. Amends have been made and no real injuries were taken except maybe to pride. *lifts an eyebrow toward Ren and places another strong grip on th...

*Snaps her attention away from the Ren and the preceding rukus and motions to her Orc companion* Master Corbyn, I do apologize for the particular tone of our presence here thus far. I know you are a busy man and we will not keep you long. We ourselves have our own to attend to in short time. *Subcon...
