It has been standard that you can only take the last 4 levels of a previously played event to apply to a new character. And and all levels gained whilst NPCing, however, may be applied to any character desired.

Remember: ASK before taking pics of people. Some folks DO NOT like having their images shared, and under no circumstances want them shared for personal and work reasons. This has caused some SERIOUS trouble for folks in the past. Just an FYI.
