Yep exactly as Doug says it fits the arch type. Even the illuminatti has a means of identification. Without identification then anyone from anywhere could claim to be part of your house. Nope if a character is not in game then they are not in-game thus they will not be able to be found.

I will never again have a situation where "I am out of game here but my PC is here invisable so I would have done xyz."

I dont care if I get it via e-mail or by mail between events. Dont get me wrong we too need to have better policies in place for those who come in late or leave early. On a side note this is the first event we ever got hardcore about votes. We wont screw anyone over until we have some solid policies...
